This week Ms. Bell-Irving from the school’s admissions team, spoke to the Grade 3s about storytelling as they embark on their unit and start to write their own stories!
Ms. Bell-Irving, as well as supporting families through the enrolment process at SJS, is a published author who is currently working on the fourth book in her series of young adult urban fantasy fiction!
Ms. Bell-Irving answered all of the students’ questions about every part of the creative process, from creating characters and structuring a plot, to choosing a front cover design, and how to capture all their wildest ideas and get writing!
