At SJS, we’re incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated and dynamic parent community. Every day, we see your leadership and care in action—from small gestures like lending a hand in the library to organizing large-scale events like Family Fun Night.
We have 252 parents registered to volunteer at SJS (having completed their CRC Checks). This year, so far, we have seen over 330 volunteer engagements, that’s more than 330 times our amazing parent volunteers have stepped up to support events and initiatives in our community! We wouldn’t be the same school without your efforts.
Your Parent Association Executive plays a vital role in bringing our community together and supporting our children and families in so many meaningful ways. As the current Executive’s two-year term comes to an end, they’re looking for passionate parents to join the team! The Executive shares why being part of the PAE is so important to them:
“We joined the PAE to give back to the warm, supportive school community that has meant so much to our families. It has been, and continues to be, incredibly rewarding to see the smiles, hear the laughter and feel the connections built at each event!“
This year, there are three spots available, and the PAE are especially eager to hear from Senior School parents and/or those interested in taking on the role of Treasurer. If you’re looking for a fun and fulfilling way to get involved at our school, this could be your chance!
