Tonight, the Spring Concert will showcase our students’ amazing musical talent, and on Friday we’ll celebrate Grandparents Day with performances for our special guests.
A huge shoutout to our talented student Stagecraft team, led by Mr. Beaudoin, for working their magic behind the scenes! Managing lighting, sound and video production, they ensure every event runs smoothly and shines bright. 🌟

Grade 3 travelled to the Beaty Biodiversity Museum at UBC yesterday for a hands-on learning experience!
There they learned about biodiversity in our local ecosystem, bringing their unit of inquiry looking at living things, how diverse our world is, and how our ecosystem can survive and thrive, to life! 🌲🌊🐝

We ❤️ World Read Aloud Day 📖
We had many members from SJS leadership and administration, as well as Senior School teachers and three Grade 11 students, eagerly visit our Junior School classrooms throughout the day to share a special story (or two!).
Our students also attended virtual visits with published authors including Jory John, Leslie Gentile, Nidhi Chanani, Josh Funk and Gabi Snyder. It`s always a pleasure hearing students` thoughtful questions for the authors and sharing their enthusiasm for a new book series! 📚
